They take forever here to get food out the window. I had to wait 5 minutes to give my order, after I gave it once already.

Well... The wait was very long. The computer crashed when I finally got up to the window. Then there seemed to be a problem with the microphone. And I wasn't happy with the total of $20.97. Which seemed a little overpriced for 2 burgers, 1 double, with 2 pops, a shake, and fries. From steaknshake last night at least ?? The burgers were crazy greasy and the fries seasoning was not "equally" applied to them, it was super thick in random areas and none in others

The fries were cold and nasty. The person over the intercom was rude and unfriendly. The food was not good

The staff was friendly however we got our salad and burger at the same time so when it was time to eat our burgers it was cold. Our milkshakes didn't come until 15 minutes after we were finished with our meals. My husband ordered dark chocolate but it had more of a banana flavor

I hate this location but it's close. I never get my shakes when I order them.
