Steak 'n Shake

Food taste great but the disturbance was something floating in my water - very disturb by this...

They burned the burger and made the burger hard

Shakes were decent, food wasn't great. Burgers were too greasy and fries were cold

I was disappointed because I ordered cheese for my fries and it never came. this was not the waitresses fault, someone in the kitchen failed

most of our order was wrong. we also had to send a plate back because the plate with my did on it was dirty. it had dried food on it. this was not a good visit.

Well I usually love steak and shake, this experience however definitely turned me off from at least going back to that specific location. The drive thru wait was the worst I've ever had. When we ordered the person who was taking our order was hard to understand and mumbling. Overall very dissatisfying.

Bathrooms were horrible! I walked out and did not even use them. Such a mess.

Horrible! Slow & unhealthy food!!!! Awful manager - advertised promotion then denied it! Dirty restaurant - deplorable experience!!!
