Was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes

We didn't get waited on for 20 minutes, my sandwich was small, an order was wrong, the shakes came at the end, we didn't get napkins or silverware and he barely checked on us.

Was in drive thru line for 45 minutes. Then my food was cold and nasty.

Our waitress was great, felt bad for her because she had two tables walk out because of how long the wait was for their food. We waited over 45 minutes for our food which is ridiculous. Trying to keep 3 hungry kids busy for over 45 minutes gets hard. Not once while we were waiting did we see a manager, not till I went up to pay I saw two and one register trying to figure out a gift card. I think that my be the problem then work your way down. Not happy at all with our experience.

Worst experience ever. As soon as we walked in we were told they were short staffed and the wait would be a little longer. Since they weren't very crowded inside or in the drive thru we figured it wouldn't be that bad. Our drink and dinner orders were taken relatively quickly, our drinks 1 soda and 2 waters took about 20 min to arrive. We noticed other patrons getting up and leaving. After hearing one couple say they were there for about an hour we decided to leave. At that point most of the other patrons left as well. The drive thru was wrapped around the building. There were probably a total of 8 tables seated inside, of which at least half got up and left when we did. Worst experience ever, will never go back to Steak 'n Shake

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Took half hour for someone to come see us

The service was terrible! Are food took forever to get out and most of it was wrong! Our waitress had a horrible attitude and came to check on us once!
