Steak 'n Shake

Slow service. Which is why I didn't typically eat at steak & shake

Only one server on, super slow service stood waiting to be seated for 20 minutes

Slow service. Iced tea not very tasty.

I ordered the Birthday Cake milkshake. It tasted like vanilla shake with sprinkles. I have visited other locations and they put pieces of birthday cake in the shake mix. Also I could taste pieces of ice in my shake.

Charge extra money to sub for different cheese. Charge extra for salad instead fries. Fries tasted terrible

They got my order wrong and my boyfriend's as well. I couldn't even eat it

We ordered 2 regular vanilla milkshakes. Nice easy order right? They let us sit at the drive up window for 14 minutes. Then they brought us a bag of food. After waiting another 3 minutes we finally got our shakes. The line behind us wrapped around the building.
