steak and shake has the best breakfast around. I am always telling friends and coworkers that they should try it...the only negative about today's visit was kind of normal. the drive thru is extremely slow.

service was slow. our waitress was working both the drive thru and the dining room and that made it a longer wait time before placing our order. the food was quick, once the order was in but the service wasn't the best.

We are here because they were one of two places open on Christmas. The staff was extremely polite even though they had to work on Christmas and they were slammed. It took a little longer, but the food was hot and delicious.

The girl who took my order for takeout was friendly and professional. There was not a long wait on the food but longer than expected. Everything tasted great.
