My peppermint milkshake was made wrong!

Not the cleanest place to eat! Needs a good scrubbing!

It was good,hot food. Great service!

Usually good service but a few mistakes this time

Visited the location in noblesville on 9/24 @ 8p. I waited over 15 mins. for my meal, once I rec'd the order my fries were lukewarm, my chocolate shake didn't have an enough to syrup making it not taste either vanilla or chocolate. I pd. over $7, which would have been fine, had the quality been what it should have. With all that said, the Crew member working the pick-up window was friendly, courteous and acted professional. He's an outstanding representative of the Company.

I like their shakes but never understand why the driver thru wait so always so long

Floor was very dirty

It was midnight and my friends and I had just left a concert so we needed some dinner. Steak and Shake was close by and open so we decided to go there.

It was late night and the service was slow they are always friendly and the food is usually good

It was delicious
