Steak 'n Shake

Terrible customer service and speed of getting your food to you. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for 1 milkshake

There were lots of customer complaints around us. At first they seemed unreasonable- but things started taking a long time for us as well. Tables weren't being bussed and we weren't even offered shakes. The reason we came to steak and shake was because of the shakes.

We had to wait 7 minutes for a seat (no harm, it was crowded) and them 35 minutes after lunch was ordered. When it arrived, the bun was stale and food was warm but not hot. Management apologized and treated us well but overall the experience was less than satisfactory. However we will return because normally the food and service was great.
