Very fast service especially for the lunch rush hour. Good server who was able to accommodate our table with children.

We needed room for a large group and we needed our food quick. They were able to accommodate both at the last minute.

You know what to expect and for the most part yummy! Prices are getting so as you can only visit once in a while instead of weekly. fries always over salted then when you ask for no salt or seasoning you are basically punished with half cooked fries or super long waits for fries, sorry we are trying to be aware of our sodium intake, but when you are making a avg. $15 a person in our family, salted or not, our fry quality should be exactly the same as everyone's and we shouldn't have to be told "that is going to take like 20 minutes. RR is and has been our go to since you opened your doors so many years ago, keep up the great work.Try to keep prices affordable and how about hiring some store managers that aren't white males...yeah, it's is and always has been noticeable.

Our poor waitress had tons of tables but she was very friendly and got everything out very quickly.

Food was cold. Waitress didn't get my order right. Had to send it back and the food was even colder when it returned. Disappointed. Usually my order is perfect and nice and hot.

Our waitress was pretty busy but we got everything we needed very quickly. It was a good experience.
