Worst place to it soggy sandwich/ burger buns and order is always incorrect and staff makes a huge deal to fix it and are very rude about it

The manager was too busy talking to fellow employees that's weren't even working that night. So he forgot to make our shakes. I'm not very happy about that at all! The manager was talking about how much alcohol he drank the night before.
