Usually not a fan of Steak 'n Shake but this time my food actually tastes pretty good. Besides the fries.. They were gooey and not very flavorful

Took forever in the drive thru. The lady who took our order left to talk to her boyfriend in the parking lot. Nobody knew about our order. Only her. Finally she came back in and made the drinks.

The waiting to take your order and the waiting to get your food is bad from the time I paid for my food to get my food it took 20 mins.
