Slow not staffed and didn't get refills and checks wernt right

They were rude and did not try to up sale, I made a purchase at 158pm and purchased a shake but did not receive another for the happy hour but they did allow the next customer the deal. Also was given a shake that had sat out and melted. Could have offered me the bogo as long as I waited for the shake to be remade.

Manager jimmy was very rude, would not honor their promotion for kids eat free on weekends. Would not do anything for us
