We always have at least one thing wrong when we visit this location. This time it was the wrong type of fries. They brought out the correct ones though so it was solved.

The last 3 trips, I've received the wrong items. I keep giving these people a shot, but I'm about ready to go somewhere else.

The food was good and greasy and just as you would expect for steak and shake. And the restaurant was not the cleanest. The waitress was not the most attentive.

It was fair only. The chili Mac had barely any chili. The meat in the plain chili was very little and tough

15 min wait for our food needs faster service for drive thru

Yummy but slow. Leesburg location is the only one that takes 20 min before you order and then another 30-40 for food.
