Took forever to get my chocolate shake!

I waited 10 minutes in line at drive thru. There were still 5 cars ahead of me. 2 waiting to order 3 waiting on their order. I left because I was in a hurry. It was probably gonna be another twenty minutes. That's the 2nd time that has happened. And they always always always get the order wrong.

it took nearly 40 minutes to get our food. got our milkshakes first, they were mostly milk. did not reccieve some food we ordered. my wife ordered soup when we asked if we could get it the waitress said there were only veggies and no broth. then she asked if we wanted it anyway, we said no. she said we could get chili instead, my wife declined. the waitress then asked four more times about the chili. this was highly annoying. overall terrible experience.
