Wanted a Frisco melt and milkshake. I loved that he Steak 'n Shake takes care of the homeless woman that comes in. We offered to buy her food and they said they take care of her.

Our waitress was sweet but super rushed. She was waiting on tables, making milkshakes and running the register. Some of our food was good and done was not - over cooked burger with burnt bacon! We ordered shakes and waited 30 minutes for them! Finally we decided to forgo the shakes and pay the bill so we could leave. The service was horrible (although again, our server was sweet just way over stretched!).

The worse experience ever. Found hair in food, waitress never came back to table, didn't have utensils. The
