Steak 'n Shake

The food was decent but our waitress could use some tips and training. She had filthy hands...which is gross when she's serving food. She also kept scratching her head and had a booger hanging out of her nose.

This was my first time ever eating there. I was not impressed. Had to pull up and wait 5-7 minutes for my food when there was nobody else in line and it wasn't prime time.

Dirty place. Staff is rude. Place used to be run much better. Service is very slow.

My fries were cold and the chili was very thin and watery. I was very disappointed.

Pop machine broken. Out of cottage cheese. Cold fries. Took forever to get my shake

Our food was almost cold, it took forever to get our food. It did not have much seasoning on it. Our Waitress didn't come back or bring things that we asked for. Over all a very bad experience.
