Steak 'n Shake

Service was slow and fries were soggy

I used to love Steak n'Shake now there so many other choices with better products. The burgers seem greasy and almost crispy. And as fast food seems to go these days.. They failed to get our order right.

Drive thru took way too long!

It took forever to get seated, it took over ten minutes to get our drinks. The food took a long time and then there was a huge black hair in my food. The manager never came by to check on us or to resolve the problem. I ordered cheese as a side and never received it, even after I received my "fixed" meal. I had to go up and ask for it. Our drinks were not refilled not once. I am a server at a sit down restaurant and I understand that things can get busy but this was ridiculous. When there is a problem the manager should handle it and try to ensure guest satisfaction. Drinks should be offered to be refilled once below the logo or half empty mark. I don't know that I will go back because of this and I typically go to this restaurant at least three times a month.

I did not get what I order. Waitress didn't even take down my order correctly. I even said what I wanted and point to the specific menu item. Not only was my order wrong but so was the person I was with. We didn't say anything because there is no point in telling them if they can't get it right in the first place. Really dissatisfied with my visits.

I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for one milkshake. The person working the window was extremely rude. Not coming back there. Horrible.
