I believe in equal opportunity.. However you should not put a person with a speaking handicap on drive thru.. It took 10 minutes just to order 4 things because we could not understand a single thing she was saying!! Not only that my milkshake was half melted by the time we got it!!

Food tastes good however my brownie milkshake tasted like banana. Maybe someone used the blender for a banana shake previously. Not satisfied with my shake.

A group of friends and I decided to go to steak and shake for dinner we dined in the server was nice the place look clean but I ordered my food plane and they messed it up then I had to wait 20 minutes for a new plate really how do you mess up something that's plain just hamburger meat and lettuce and cheese and I couldn't seem to get that rate then they forgot to add our shakes on!

the food was plain and generic. everything else fine.
