Line was very slow & my milkshake had been sitting awhile because it had partially melted when I received it. Food tasted good & service was friendly.

Small establishment which was really busy which made it very congested. The drive thru was near the entrance so you had to cross traffic to get in, dangerous.

We went to this Burgerville early for lunch. It wasn't crowded which was good because we had a big order, which they didn't get completely correct. It eventually was fixed, but it took them a while to do so.

My mocha perk shake sat inside while they made my mild bean burger w/o bun as requested. So shake was very liquid, not thick and cold as should be. There should be a reduce in price when you're not getting a bun of any kind.

Had paper in my burger..... Friendly staff took care of me right away
