Slow and uninviting service. Food wasn't great

We usually have a good experience, and love the food. This time however, the fries were cold, and it took 20 min for them to bring us fresh fries. We were almost finished with our meal at that point. I ordered a turkey burger on a gluten free bun. It has been great in the past, this time the bun was burnt. It didn't taste very good. Disappointing.
