My 10 yr old son loves Red Robin & we were celebrating a special occasion so that's where we had lunch. We went shortly after they opened before it got busy. The service at Red Robin is always hit or miss but this time it was a hit. Our server, Austin, was on top of things. The food, as always, was outstanding.

It was a nice friendly atmosphere. Busy, but our waitress was still pretty attentive. We did not ever get a refill but over all it was a fine experience

Our food got messed up a few times but was good once it was fixed

Our service was awful. We had to arrange the tables ourselves (hostess just stood there and did absolutely nothing). And our waitress kept forgetting everything

the wrong order came out for 2/5 people I was dining with. it took 25 minutes for the food to come out. the waiter was very pleasant but the service was not good at all.
