Red Robin

I'm so tired of coming to red Robin and their "bottomless fries" actually consisting of just one serving of fries. In the past we have never never ever been able to request a second serving of fries upon finishing the first and it actually getting to our table before we were totally finished with our food, if at all. To ensure we actually got more fries this time, we ordered them upon arrival of our food. I asked the food runner, the MANAGER, and our server and guess what? No fries until after our meal. Not even after asking the manager. Ridiculous. So annoying. We won't be back.

Sticky and dirty. Slow service albeit nice waitress. Food was just ok

One hour wait for our food. Ordered mine medium rare. It came well done and burned. Friend ordered medium and hers was bloody. Told manager and she brushed us off. Very slow why could you not get our food out quicker and correct!?!?
