The food is great but everytime we go there, the service is horrible. It always takes forever to get our drinks and fries refilled.

Went in for my free birthday burger with my two children. While the server was nice, we waited too long for drinks and our appetizer. My children were starving to the point that one of them was crying. The kids drinks came much longer than mine. When the appetizer (pretzels) finally came, our meal came a few minutes later. I requested that the kids' foods come out first (chicken strips and hamburger) but it did not. I asked for my fries ahead of time to combat the hunger and was told no. While the food was good, it took entirely too long and the restaurant was not even full.
