There was a long wait in the drive thru but I really wanted to get dinner there. The food was good but and the line moved but still took quite a while longer than it should have.

Our server Tyrell did a very good job considering everything. He was the only server on, so my friends and I tried to be understanding of the slower service. However it took at least 10-15 minutes to be greeted, my food was cold and it was overall not an enjoyable experience. Most of my visits to this Steak and Shake have had very slow service and questionable food.

There was no one in line but the order took quite awhile (it was only 2 breakfast tacos). They tasted good but were smaller portions than usual.

I was in the drive through line waiting for over 10 mins for my food. The crew member at the window didn't even apologize for the wait. The chicken tenders were cold.

We sat at the speaker. We were never greeted. After saying hello several times they said go ahead when you are ready. They had a hard time understanding what was ordered even though it was said clearly. It took awhile to get the shakes that we ordered (it was happy hour) and there was only 1 car in front of us. I got the Nutella shake and it had a lot of ice in it. It was also only about half full. I know it was happy hour but the discount is for 1/2 off shakes and drinks. That doesn't mean the shake should be half full. They tried to hide it by adding extra whipped cream. The other shake we got was full. Very disappointed!!!
