Steak 'n Shake

Service was extremely slow and if I hadn't paid I would have left. No reason it should take fast food 15 mins to be ready.

Super slow service!!!!!!

I waited in the drive-thru line almost thirty minutes before getting to the point to place my order. I then sat there another 7 minutes & actually had to start saying Hello...before my order was ever taken. Then I got to the window, the took my money and I waited another five minutes. The lady then opens the window asks if xyz was my order & I responded that I only ordered a shake NOT burger, fries & drink. Then she tried to make me pay again because she wasn't the person that originally took my money!! That shake should have been free at this point & my money refunded.

1/2 hour in drive through. Very slow !

The worst experience ever didnt get what i ordered and it was like three time expensive wont recommend that place at all. The staff is horrible

Food was all wrong twice and place was dirty very dirty

Our first visit, I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one took my order. Next night, went back and waited 5 minutes before someone took our order. When we got home, we got half an order of fries when we order two separate orders. My frisco melt was soggy and only half way made.

The service was horrible. Ordered chili, after reminding server THREE times, still never received it. Person with me ordered salad, never was given silver. Asked TWICE, never got it, had to go get it herself. Asked for refills, never got them. Were there for a half hour before received drinks. 3 servers there and all were a joke. We saw many tables around us very upset. Saw people come in, stand and wait a while to be seated, then just leave. Probably won't be back for a long LONG time.

This was probably the worst experience of my life. I have never had such awful service. We had to send back both of our meals because they were both wrong, waited 20 minutes just for the check that never came. The manager did comp our meal and was really friendly. That was the only pleasant part of our visit. We were sad to hear that Joseph, the only waiter that seemed to know what he was doing, would be leaving soon.

Horrible experience!!! Person at window was rude.... Waited 22 minutes for a Milk Shake AFTER she took my money or I would have drove off. Food was COLD... Just horrible... Goodbye Stake and Shake!!!!! Taking my business where I'm appreciated as a customer.. By the way.. This was the 3rd try for this place. NEVER AGAIN, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about this experience..
