Steak 'n Shake

Staff very friendly lady in the back with a blue shirt was kind of scary

Drive thru was much faster than dining in at this location food was good and still got when we got home

Bring back Large shakes

Server-so/so Manager/friendly-polite

The cashier took forever.

Service was friendly and the wait wasnt bad. The server gave my sons hats and paper cars to keep them busy.

nobody sat us. eventually we sat ourselves. then no one brought us a menu so we got those too. once our waitress approached us she did a good job, though was certainly not friendly. when we finished there was no one there to take our money, and after a few minutes of waiting we hunted down the manager, though we could have just as easily left without paying

The service was awful but good food

Terrible. Gave me my shakes then 15 minutes later they realized I was still waiting for my meal. They had lost the order. Repeated it to them and then my chili 5 way had onion all over it when repeatedly asked for NO ONION. When supervisor or whoever it was handed me my order with an apology she indicated she gave me extra noodles in my 5 way to make up for it which I couldn't eat because it had onions all over it. Shakes were completely melted and couldt eat those either.

Poor service and inattentive staff.
