For a 14.00 dollar burger you would expect better service. Took a long time to get a beer due to issues with keg. Then ordered more fries and they came after the meal was done. Our waitress was very nice but restaurant seemed like it did not have its act together.

We've always enjoyed red robin. The burger n greens needs to come back!

Service was excellent for it being so busy. Our waiter had 5 big tables, but he managed to keep up with all of them. A table next to us ruined the experience when they began to complain about everything. They claimed they waited for a server for over a half hour, yet they had been waiting for close to 10 minutes. They also complained about the food and the ticket, but my fiancé told the manager about that table and the manager thanked us for letting her know and she took over for our server. Food is always good at Red Robin! I will be back to this location.

Wonderful

This store is severely understaffed, our waitress seemed to be the only employee that cared at all about making sure the customer was taken care of.

Red Robin is a good place for families to go for dinner. We always get salads when we go and they're pretty good.
