Slow service but yummy food

The food was great and the staff was nice. The only issue was that we ordered based on thinking that we could use our loyalty card to get a free dinner for a birthday and asked the waiter ahead of time about it. When we went to pay, the waiter said that the card wasn't registered and he charged us full price. I wish he had given us a chance to register the card on our smart phone before billing us.

Don't eat at red robin frequently usually friendly staff and good food. This visit was disappointing. Good wasn't as good and service was horrible

I don't eat at red robin often. This location had construction work going on. No idea why. Not the same welcoming experience as before. Food was good. Service could be better
