Food took a while to bring to the table and napkins were not brought to the table until asked.

Our waiter was awesome, he did really well for having a lot of tables to take care of. I think his name was Matt. The host was NOT friendly, he seemed mad and uncomfortable. Also the restaurant was freezing!

bad food & service. long wait

I always visit Red Robin and love the food there. My experience this time was terrible. My burger was cooked wrong the first and second time. Everyone at my table was done eating and paying and I still didn't get my burger. I am very dissatisfied. The server didn't even let me finish my burger at the table. He already boxed it up and basically pushed us out. I will not be visiting for a long time.
