Bad service

Staff was pleasant. Wait time was ridiculous and wait time to get food was outrageous.

We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food, we had to remind server several times on our appetizer and our beverage, we asked for crispy fries n got soggy fries.

They seemed very disorganized. The wait was long for a table and the dining room was less than half full. Several items took a awhile to come to the table.

Cold food. Hard undercooked fries.

The server was regularly never to be found. Walked off before the entire table ordered. Only friendly when it was time to pay him (tip).

So stupid that they charge money for sauces now. I will not be going back because if that. .75 cents for a tablespoon of Thai chili is rediculous. My boyfriends gluten free bun was rock hard. My burger was dry and our waitress was no where to be found.

The change in management in this location has been horrible.. My family and I regularly come in, but this is the 2nd time we waited over 10 minutes for drinks, order was wrong, no one checked on us, drinks were not refilled, bottomless items never refilled., Management had no presence on the floor.. A waitress told us she had 10 tables and try to find is someone else. We just can't go back.. At all.

My sister threw up but I was wishing to go it's a great place

Very slow for a Tuesday night! They could not even get their up-charged bottomless fries out in a timely manner.
