Was really impressed with our server. Best service we've had at Red Robin

I was most impressed, as we were seated we were extremely warm. The rest of our party joined us. They too commented on how warm it was. We asked if there was any possible way to lower heat. Our waitress was great... Came back and she said she asked to lower heat and they did . We were most impressed that they actually did lower it. Within minutes, we noticed the change. Making our meal far more pleasant!

Loved that they sang to my son for his birthday. He had the biggest grin!

Good deal, though we told our server we were coming back after using the restroom. When we came back, our plates were gone.

Freshly remodeled except for the restroom (still smells!). My shake was thin to the point where my wife did not have any - I did not care. Love the bonzii(?) burger. The last two times we ate here was after 9 pm and the person up front each time wanted to seat us in the bar???? This time I said no!!! I guess that they really all want to go home as soon as possible and we were just extra work for the staff.

Food tastes good. Service was slow. It wasn't a busy time of day, and yet it still took over 30 minutes to get my burger
