Went with a big group and had great service

Red Robin is a restaurant on the decline. Each time I go in, the food slips a bit more. The service is just a bit worse. Bring back what I loved.

waited several minutes to place order. waited over 20 minutes for food. Waited 10 minutes for bill. burger was good

Ordered carry out, person I spoke to on phone was not very helpful. Someone who arrives after me got their food first. Server was not very friendly and food was not very good. I will try carry out one more time but if I have another poor experience I will stick to dine in only at this location and carry out elsewhere.

bad service & food was cold when I received it. waited over 45 minutes for our food.
