Red Robin

Dissatisfied with red robin all around, we have been eating there for years and lately the service at multiple locations has been very poor. Do not like going there anymore

Food was ok

Would not honor my birthday email. Was super slow on service. My son has diabetes and requires insulin, they took so long on getting the extra fries & ranch to us while my son already had insulin in him lowering his bs while we waited forever. Do not like the Tempe red robin.

Food was it good, service was horrible

All of the meals were wrong, over cooked, and undercooked

Previous problems with management

The service was slow, my hamburger was burnt making it taste terrible.

I left a cash tip and they still charged a tip on my card so they got a double tip very unhappy!

Horrible experience, one burger was under cooked one was burnt cooked, didn't get the right fries, didn't get the sauces we asked for, didn't get refills on drinks or fries in a timely matter. They were not very accommodating to my diabetic son.
