Steak 'n Shake

I used the drive through. The car in front of me waited at the window for at least ten minutes before getting their food but when it was my turn they had me pull up to the door. Why didn't they make the first car pull up to the door? There were several people in line.

Asked for no pickles and was given pickles.

Very slow through the drive thru.

Always a long line to cash out.

Our waitress was wonderful!

Wish the fries were a little bigger

I ordered a dark chocolate milk shake and the waiter misheard me and gave me a regular chocolate milk shake. That was our only problem. I always have a wonderful experience here. I love Steak 'n Shake.
