Decent prices for a family.

We have dined here many times but today the service and speed was horrible. We had to wait about 10 minutes after our salads came to get utensils after asking several times. The shakes didn't come until our food was finally eaten.

My husband asked for certain toppings to not be on his sandwich, which the waiter repeated. His order was not correct when served. I believe the wait staff should check orders before serving them to customers.

We were brought the wrong food. Slow service.

The crisp melt was good and the onion rings decent but way too long wait.

Very disappointed with my visit. My order was wrong and I had missing food. When my order finally came the lid was not secure on my strawberry shack and spilled in my car. It was replaced. This is the second time the lid was not secured on my beverage.
