We were going to go through the dive thru, but the lint was long and not moving. Cars were parked and people were walking up and turning around and leaving Not good Not happy

Horrible customer service by the management. We had a very unpleasant experience before and we were promised 2 free meal and milkshakes it was that bad and our names were never written down. I will no longer go to Steak 'n Shake and I will also tell everyone else the entire story and tell them not to go there as well.
