Red Robin

Good tool too long to come out. Should offer bottomless fries while waiting if it came with order. Everything else went well.

we love red robin..this time our server wasn't engaged with us or provided silverware and napkins until we asked. no drink refills either

Service was slow waitress went outside while we waited for our food and was gone for about 15 minutes when she came back our food was up but we waited about 45 minutes and were there about an hour and a half. There was no host and 2 servers who really weren't busy, I work in a restaurant and could tell it was a slow day. I normally don't get frustrated about if it's slow when it's busy or the server is busy because I can relate but when I saw her walk outside and my come back for 15 minutes I got frustrated. If you're going to take a short break have someone run your food when it gets up so the customers don't have to wait until you come inside to get their food. Teamwork is definitely needed here. As well as professionalism I know the host apparently quit and walked out the reason for the lack of people but that shouldn't be brought up in front of customers. Fort time here in years and probably won't be back.
