The food took forever to reach our table and I the restaurant wasn't even busy. The prices are a bit high as well.

The server was too busy Bartending tone attentive. While my burger was delicious my husband's was way too over cooked. Our food took more than 45 minutes. The ziosk at the table would not take our credit card and our server had already sat down to have lunch before we were closed out. What happened to just having a server cash a table out? I don't want to have to do it myself. I'm tipping a server to do all of that.

Previously positive experience was tainted by horrible customer service. Waitress was frantic and sloppy. Took too long to get basics like napkins and silverware. Waitress ended it with giving me my bill but charging my card for someone else's bill. Not happy.

We waited at the door for 5 mins before we were even greeted and another 5 before we were seated. Staff as cold and unfriendly. We were treated as if we were an inconvenience. We ordered soup and they were out. It took 45 mins for 2 burgers. When we got them they were cold. However it took so long to get them we didn't want to send them back for fear of never getting dinner. Our waitress never checked back. It was a terrible experience.
