Burger wasn't right. Was rude about it

The service was S L O W, the fries were cold, and the barbecue sauce was not on the side. Sorry, Red Robin, but I'm not all that impressed this time.

We did not get correct food item ordered and it took a little while to resolve the issue. Overall not very happy with this visit.
