The servers are always fast and knowledgeable but the hostesses are THE WORST! Every time we've gone they're awful, snotty, unaware and slow. Being a former Red Robin Team Member and hostess I can't help but cringe every time I meet a host there. But, the servers are pretty excellent!

Staff was friendly and efficient. It was nice to be able to go out with a friend who can drink (I can't yet), but at least the environment was for for both of us.

They messes up my friends order

Wasn't given utensils, had to ask for napkins, food tasted like it'd been there for awhile.

Burgers are mediocre at best and service has been slow!
