New employes need more training before taking tables by themselves

I asked for manager, server said they would take care of it. Hostess set us in section with server who was doing patio tables. Food delivery was slow, and food was on cold side. My son went to sprinkle salt on meal and a whole gob fell out as salt shaker was broken and he got a replacement food VERY fast. We had to ask for silverwear and straws. Server had to come back to ask what drink one of our kids ordered because he forgot before he got it put in computer.

Leaky ducts in the ceiling dripping water on table, food order taking way too long, highly disappointed, won't be going back anytime soon.
