Red Robin

Red Robin is a popular choice for my family. I love that they have a vegetarian burger option. The kids love the endless fries.

I ordered my burger medium well and it came out hard, and almost completely blackened. It was extremely dry. I ate it anyway because my toddler was acting up so I was in a hurry, and afterwards it sat in my stomach like a rock. I am so disappointed and upset that it was that bad. Usually these burgers are excellent and I thoroughly enjoy every bite!

Food was wrong

The staff was friendly but our server didn't come by very often. She got our to go orders wrong. Also I ordered a beer which the bartender poured but our server never brought to me. She finally remembered it 20 minutes later but by that time we were ready to leave.

When we were seated shortly after we notice bugs a ton of them pouring out of the wall. They were crawling all behind me and on the seat! We ask to be moved and they put us one table over. Then the bugs began to fly closer to us an were all over the bar area and we had to request to be moved again. I was ready to just forget the food and leave. It's was disgusting. Many of the waitresses just laughed about it and say how disgusting it was and they wanted a new job because of it and that was very unprofessional to do In front of customers. They moved us to the other side and the bugs kept multiplying and we could see them moving farther into the other dinning area. Many other folks had to be moved as well. It was the second time I had been to a Red Robin and my significant others first. It was a horrible experience. The food was great but I couldn't help but think if they had a bug issue in the back as well. We received discount with out asking however I don't think it is enough to bring us back or recommend this Red Robin.
