It was a lovely first time experience.

Food was good , service great, had a royalty card and got mine free due to my birthday

Good except they were short on waiters that day and our meals were incorrect and had to be taken back 2 times

Waited too long to get our food

Server wasn't the best but did actually ask several times on if we wanted more fries. Was not a fan of the peppercorn spread on my burger. Was disappointed in the free burger I earned that I couldn't get a higher end burger. Especially considering there were several times I came and didn't get credit for purchases.

Slow service wrong food received and app came after meal

Good, long wait though just for lunch

The chicken fingers served were pulled from a bag, warmed up, and served. Although we only had to wait about 20 min to be seated there were others around us that had to wait upward of an hour to be seated when there were empty table all around. Servers were not friendly at all. It was very evident that most of them did not want to be there. One waitress sat down at the table next to us, in the middle of rush hour while while there were multiple parties waiting to be seated and counted her tips right in the middle of the dining area. All of our previous experiences have been positive but we were very disappointed with this trip.

Waitress was nice. But took a really long time to bring drinks to the table. And a long time to get refills.

Our server Dallas acted like he was high. He was hyper running and there was no one in there hardly. He was crazy.
