I like the menu changes. Some of the burgers are a little pricy for what you get.

I love red robin. They are always busy. The food is great. The service is good. The staff is friendly.

Sat for a very long time before even getting our drink order in. Staff was very apologetic and friendly once we saw them.

Getting seated took awhile but the service and food made up for it

Usually the service is fast and spot-on, but this time not so much bout food was delivered lukewarm, and we didn't get refills on fries that we asked for several times. We were celebrating a birthday and the waitress said she'd bring out a birthday sundae but never did. In the end she quickly dropped off our bill and left.
