We eat at red robin on a regular basis and have always had a good experience. This time our service was very slow, the portion or the French fries was a lot smaller and when we asked for more it took quite a while to get them. I also had ordered a salad and they forgot to put salad dressing on my salad and forgot to give me the garlic bread with it too.

Had a wait to be seated and took considerably long for food to come once ordered. Food did not come together. We had three small children in our party. They were completely done eating before the adults food came. Made it very difficult to for the adults to eat. I also feel that if I am paying $14.59 for a burger and fries I should not be charged extra to have sweet potato fries.

Waiter was friendly but the service was extremely slow and the food order came out incorrectly and was also lukewarm. The bill was also split incorrectly. The table next to us also had a bad experience so I think they were having a bad day and the kitchen was backed up.

Red Robin raised their prices again. $10.69 is not justifiable for an above average burger. Until the prices come down, we will not be going to Red Robin any longer

For the first time we had a really poor service! The waitress was real friendly and polite, but had a really poor quality of service. She never stopped even once to refuel the water or other drinks. The fries were old and cold.. And the worse thing... I chose it for my bday dinner!!! Sad choice !
