Red Robin

Took awhile to be greeted and again to our our order in but the Irish beer shake was delicious

Waitress took 10 mins to come to our table. She seemed out of it and was slow. We order red two drinks from the bar beer came first, then regular drinks and wine made it to our table right before the appetizers. Which arrived 3 mins before our meal, but not all of it only part of our order which led us up believe she had forgotten to put the rest of he order in along w the wine. From there it was downhill, never came for refills, had to wait for condiments, and the fries refill we asked for came as we were ready to leave. I knew we were in trouble when the party that arrived as she was taking our drink order for their food before we did. Awful experience. No real manager in sight and zero sense of team work or urgency. I had to ask the busboy to bring me mayonnaise because I got tired of waiting.
