waiter ordered the wrong meal. he was preoccupied

The server was very nice but it took him quite a while to bring our drinks and our order. He also didn't come back to check on us after bringing our food. My dinner wasn't very warm, and the dipping sauce I had was ice cold. Not very good food and not very good service.
