Good food friendly staff

We were the last ones to get our food in the restaurant even though we weren't the last ones to come in. Took a while before we got the food. Ordered a burger, tasted great but it was cold so I didn't enjoy it as much :(. I added mushrooms to it and the extra charge was $1.39. That is wayyy to expensive for such a little amount of mushrooms. Staff was friendly for the most part....

good food, nice people

Fries were cold. Burger was like warm. Place was very busy and barely saw our server. Did not get a refill on beverage. Had to ask another server for one. New management of this Rockside location better Get it together soon or they are going to lose more customers. This is our 2nd not so great visit. We will try one more time.

First time going. Wasn't bad but kind of pricey

My family has been going to red Robin regularly at the independence ohio location for over 5 years. It was very obvious there was new management. We say near the kitchen/prep and I was appalled at how I heard management talking about and down to the Team members. Thank goodness we still saw the regular team members there or we would not be coming back. I hope this new management gels soon or the restaurant is going to suffer. It's red robin

Great food!!

Service was slow, but the restaurant was not very busy. The bun was cold to the touch (like it was recently defrosted). The fries (1st order) were not very hot.
