We always get nice servers who give us plenty of fries, the bathrooms aren't always in tip top shape

Let me start by saying that the food was wonderful, as usual. However, the experience wasn't a good one. The hostess was rude and lacking any friendliness. Our waitress was friendlier but not attentive enough. I never received a refill on my drink, nor did the other person at the table. She pretty much dropped the food and that was it. We had to flag her down for clean silverware (there was food crusted on the fork) and for extra napkins. Also, even though I gave her my Royalty card, she didn't scan it. Add that to the fact that, even though there were plenty of free tables, we were seated directly by the bathroom door, and you have a pretty unpleasant experience. Thank goodness the food was great, or we might never return.

Service was very slow and the server very rarely checked on us. We even had to ask for napkins.

The food was amazing but the service wasn't that great. Out waitress was great I just believe she was extremely overwhelmed by the number is tables she had and I do believe they were understaffed.

The waitress was not proficient at all. Several tables that arrived after we did we served well ahead of us. She was not knowledgable about the menu, and would just disappear. It was 15 minutes before we received drinks.
