Cold food. Slow service

Good food but took way too long to get our food to the table. Not usually like this.

I was not satisfied because my waitress took my order down wrong. It took a wild for my food to be brought. And I kept running out of drink without any refills

I normally love this place but today the service was slower than normal and the food didn't sit well with my stomach.

The food was not good at all and the wait was ridiculous. When I ordered I was told 10-15 minutes. 37 minutes later after multiple requests to management I got the crappy food

Again, we tried RR and again, we ordered burgers well done...and yet again, they came very pink inside. I have registered this issue with management and it just doesn't get any better
