It took over two hours to get our meal. We were charged for food we didn't get. We did not get receipts to verify. Staff was slow and rude.

The people were rude and it took forever to get our food. They also got our order wrong.

It was late and I needed hadn't eaten dinner because of work. I ordered and waited ten minutes behind two cars. I ended leaving before he first car in line for there food. Not sure how long I would have waited.

We did not get drink refills and the shake that was order when first sat down to be had at the meal arrived 10 minutes after we finished the entire meal, really poor service!

We went for cookies and cream shakes, but they were out of cookies. So we left and went somewhere else.
